This new Isuzu 6HK1 cylinder head is a replacement part for the Isuzu 6HK1 diesel engine used in Hitachi excavators. The cylinder head is the cylinder head for the electronic (common rail) injection version of the engine. It is made to match the original part so it fits directly, with no changes to the engine.
The Isuzu 6HK1 engine powers Hitachi ZX330, ZX350 and similar 30–35 tonne excavators. A cracked or warped head causes coolant loss, compression loss and overheating. Fitting a new 6HK1 cylinder head brings back full engine performance and reliability and helps avoid costly downtime on site.
